ILC Terms of Use

Welcome to Infinite Labels Corp. We look forward to helping You grow your business beyond anything You have done before, so You can take Your venture as far as You can imagine. This Agreement sets forth Your rights and obligations as an Infinite Labels Corp. website User. By clicking “I Agree,” You indicate that You have read and understood this Agreement and You will be bound by its Terms.

I. Definitions

A. “Infinite Labels Corp.” is a trademark of Infinite Labels Corp. Inc., and also refers to proprietary Infinite Labels Corp. In this Agreement, references to “Infinite Labels Corp.” as a Party mean and refer to Infinite Labels Corp., doing business as Infinite Labels Corp., and Infinite Labels Corp.s owner(s), parent company(ies), affiliate entities, and employees, and assigns.

B. “Parties” mean Infinite Labels Corp. and You. Infinite Labels Corp. and You are each a “Party.”

C. “Terms” mean and refer to the Infinite Labels Corp. User Terms and Conditions set forth herein.

D. “User” refers to a person who has created a Infinite Labels Corp. Account. “User Account” refers to a User’s Infinite Labels Corp. Account.

E. “You”and “Your” means the Infinite Labels Corp. User who has executed this Agreement by clicking “I Agree.”

II. No License to use Infinite Labels Corp. Marks

Any content on any Infinite Labels Corp. website may constitute the intellectual property of Infinite Labels Corp.. Except where expressly authorized, no material on any Infinite Labels Corp. website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, uploaded, displayed, posted or transmitted in any way whatsoever. The Infinite Labels Corp. trademark and logo are proprietary marks of Infinite Labels Corp., and the use of those marks is strictly prohibited. Nothing herein gives You the right to use, copy, register as a domain name, reproduce, or otherwise display any logo, tagline, trademark, trade name, copyrighted material, patent, trade dress, trade secret, or confidential information owned by Infinite Labels Corp. or any of Infinite Labels Corp.’ affiliates.

III. Indemnity.

You agree to protect, defend, indemnify and hold harmless Infinite Labels Corp., its officers, directors, employees, owner(s), and parent company(ies) and assigns from and against all claims, demands, and causes of action of every kind and character without limit arising out of Your conduct. Your indemnity obligation includes, but is not limited to, any third party claim against Infinite Labels Corp. for liability for payments for, damages caused by, or other liability relating to, You.

IV. Prohibited Activity.

Infinite Labels Corp. has the right to terminate this Agreement at any time if You engage or have ever engaged in any of the following:

A. HARMFUL ACTS. Any dishonest or unethical business practice; any violation of the law; infliction of harm to Infinite Labels Corp.’s reputation; and the violation of the rights of Infinite Labels Corp. or any third party.

B. “SPAMMING” AND UNSOLICITED COMMUNICATIONS. Any communications sent or authorized by You reasonably deemed “spamming,” or any other unsolicited solicitations (including without limitation postings on social media or third party blogs) will be deemed a material threat to Infinite Labels Corp.’s reputation and to the rights of third parties. It is Your obligation, exclusively, to ensure that all business communications comply with state and local anti-spamming or analogous laws.

C. OFFENSIVE COMMUNICATIONS. Any communication sent, posted, or authorized by You, including without limitation postings on any website operated by You, or social media or blog, which are: sexually explicit, obscene, or pornographic; offensive, profane, hateful, threatening, harmful, defamatory, libelous, harassing, or discriminatory; graphically violent; solicitous of unlawful behavior; or that violates the intellectual property rights of another.

VI. Digital Millennium Copyright Act

If You believe that materials or content available on any Infinite Labels Corp. website infringes any copyright You own, You or Your agent may send Infinite Labels Corp. a notice requesting that Infinite Labels Corp. remove the materials or content from the Infinite Labels Corp. website. If You believe that someone has wrongly filed a notice of copyright infringement against You, You may send Infinite Labels Corp. a counter-notice. Notices and counter-notices should be sent to Infinite Labels Corp., Attention Legal Department, at 1257 Apolinario St. Cor Belarmino St. Brgy. Bangkal, Makati City, Philippines 1233, or by e-mail to support@infinitelabels.com.

VII. Changes to Terms

Infinite Labels Corp. reserves the right to change these Terms, in whole or in part, from time to time at Infinite Labels Corp.’ sole and absolute discretion, and to provide You with notice of such change by any reasonable means, including without limitation posting revised Terms https://infinitelabels.com/terms. By Your continued use of Infinite Labels Corp.’s services, and unless You terminate this agreement as provided herein, You manifest Your agreement to any subsequent changes to the Terms.

VIII. Severability

If any Term set forth herein is deemed unenforceable under any applicable law, the remaining Terms shall remain in full force and effect and these Terms shall be read, collectively, as if the unenforceable Term(s) were omitted.

No waiver by Infinite Labels Corp. of any breach or default of these Terms will be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default.

IX. Heading.

Any heading, caption or section title contained herein is inserted only as a matter of convenience, and in no way defines or explains any section or provision hereof.

X. Notice.

Any notice required to be given to Infinite Labels Corp. under or related to these Terms must be in writing, addressed as follows:

Notices to You may be made by posting a notice (or a link to a notice) on https://infinitelabels.com/terms, by e-mail, or by regular mail, at Infinite Labels Corp.’s discretion.

Privacy Policy

I. Personally-Identifiable Information and Non-Personally Identifiable Information.

ILC, (also referred to herein as “Infinite Labels Corporation Incorporated”) may collect two different types of information, Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) and Non-Personally Identifiable Information (“Non-PII”). PII is information that identifies you as an individual – for example, your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and shipping information. Non-PII is aggregated information, demographic information, IP addresses, user behavior data from web interaction metrics tools and other information that does not reveal your specific identity. PII and Non-PII may be collected anytime you access or use a Infinite Labels Corp. website. PII and Non-PII may also be collected by Infinite Labels Corp. during in-person surveys, type form, discussions, telephone conversations, and electronic or other written communications. ILC also collects information via cookies; blocking cookies may render you unable to access certain ILC products, services, or websites.

Infinite Labels Corp. uses PII to respond to your inquiries, provide you with services you have requested, keep you informed of services Infinite Labels Corp. thinks may be of interest to you, and otherwise personalize your experience with Infinite Labels Corp., and other reasons. Infinite Labels Corp. does not sell or lease PII about you to others. Infinite Labels Corp. may share PII with Infinite Labels Corp. affiliates and third parties contracting with Infinite Labels Corp. to provide services to you, e.g., financial institutions. Infinite Labels Corp. may also share PII when required by law, or when you have expressly requested Infinite Labels Corp. to do so. Infinite Labels Corp. reserves the right to disclose and use your PII if Infinite Labels Corp. believes it is necessary to: (a) respond to legal process, e.g., a subpoena; (b) respond to a law enforcement agency’s request; (c) enforce the Terms; or (d) protect the rights, privacy, safety, property, or operations of Infinite Labels Corp. or third parties;

Because Non-PII does not personally identify You, Infinite Labels Corp. reserves the right to use and disclose to third parties Non-PII for any purpose.

Infinite Labels Corp. maintains reasonable physical, administrative and technical safeguards to protect PII from loss, misuse, or unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. Infinite Labels Corp. enforces its Privacy Policy via self-assessment.

Infinite Labels Corp. reserves the right to change this privacy notice, which changes will become effective upon posting of the revised notice https://infinitelabels.com/privacy, or upon emailing of the changes to You at the email address You provided to Infinite Labels Corp., or as required by law.

II. Links to or From Other Sites.

Except where expressly stated by Infinite Labels Corp., Infinite Labels Corp. is not affiliated or associated with operators of any third party websites that link to or are linked from any Infinite Labels Corp.-maintained website. Infinite Labels Corp. disclaims any responsibility for the accuracy or content of information found on third party websites that link to or are linked from any Infinite Labels Corp. website. Infinite Labels Corp. disclaims any responsibility for the security of any information (including without limitation credit card and personally identifiable information (“PII”)) that you may provide to any third party. Infinite Labels Corp. reserves the right, at any time and in its sole and absolute discretion, to block links to any Infinite Labels Corp.-maintained website through technological or other means without prior notice.

III. Information; Registration; User Names and Passwords

As a Infinite Labels Corp. website user, You will be required to create an account with Infinite Labels Corp. in the near future. You warrant that the information you provide Infinite Labels Corp. is truthful and accurate, and that you are not impersonating another person. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any password you may use to access your Infinite Labels Corp. account, and you agree not to transfer your password or User name, or lend or otherwise transfer your use of or access to your account, to any third party. You are fully responsible for all transactions with, and information conveyed to, Infinite Labels Corp. under your account. You agree to immediately notify Infinite Labels Corp. of any unauthorized use of your password or User name or any other breach of security related to your account. You agree that Infinite Labels Corp. is not liable, and you will hold Infinite Labels Corp. harmless, for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with any of the foregoing obligations.

IV. Release/Authorization to Use Photographs.

You grant Infinite Labels Corp. permission to use any and all photographs, or video or audio or digital recordings, taken by Infinite Labels Corp. or its agents or employees, or submitted by You to Infinite Labels Corp. (hereinafter “Photographs”) in any Media (including print, internet, film, television and no matter how distributed or published) for any purpose, which may include, but shall not be limited to, advertising, promotion, marketing and packaging of Infinite Labels Corp. or any product or service sold and marketed by Infinite Labels Corp.. You agree that this authorization to use Photographs may be assigned by Infinite Labels Corp. to any other party. You agree that that the Photographs may be combined with other Photographs, sounds, text and graphics, and that the Photographs may be manipulated, cropped, altered or modified in Infinite Labels Corp.’s sole discretion. You agree not to charge a royalty or fee, and not to make any other monetary assessment against Infinite Labels Corp. in exchange for this Release and Assignment. You hereby release and forever discharge Infinite Labels Corp. from any and all liability and from any damages you may suffer as a result of the use of the Photographs. You further acknowledge and agree that this Release is binding upon your heirs and assigns. You agree that this Release is irrevocable.
